Mala Meditation/Prayer Necklace

The mala is traditionally a tool used to count the number of times a mantra is recited, breaths while meditating, counting prostrations, or the repetitions of a buddha's name.

Mala's can be made using nay bead or gemstone color selection. When placing order please annotate any request for variation of beads/colors. Malas may be made with 108, 54, 27, or 18 beads. Traditionally however the mala is 108 beads which represents the 108 energy lines connecting and converging to for the heart chakra (one of which is the path to self realization).

Materials used to make this mala included 108 [8 mm] tigers eye beads, 1 [8mm] square citrine bead, 1 [10 mm] azurite bead, and multiple colors of silk with gold loop to make the tassel.
