Shipping Policies

 

All packages are shipped within 48 hours, after creation, with track & confirm for all domestic orders. Once shipped, please allow 10 business days for the arrival of domestic purchases and no less than 45 business days for international orders. Please note, local USPS processing times differ package to package and tracking information could take 1 or more days to update.

Insurance, delivery confirmation, priority, and express mail are optional charges if you would like to utilize any of these options, please let me know when you place your order for bill modification to reflect these changes. Delivery confirmation is not available for international customers. International customers are highly encouraged to request international priority shipping with optional insurance coverage. Though lost or damaged packages are very rare, these options are the only security measure available to guarantee the safe and timely arrival of your package.

Returns & Exchanges

Jewelry Creations by Sabrina is dedicated to providing quality, artisan jewelry and prompt, polite, friendly customer service. In the event an item has been detailed, explained or depicted wrong or if the item contains a construction error, refunds or store credit may be applied to returned items postmarked within 15 days from delivery date.

To receive a refund pre-approval is required and the item must be returned in its original packaging, intact and unchanged/unused, and include any original sales receipts.
